Meet your Regional Emergency Preparedness Coordinator:Regional Coordinator- Roberta Preston

Hi everyone!  My name is Roberta Preston.  I am delighted to be the North Central US Region Emergency Preparedness Coordinator (EPC). I work under Barb Skoff who is the NC/US Director, of Aglow International. My job is to get our region "ready" -  and to find others who would like to assist me in their own state - as State Emergency Preparedness Representatives (SEPR) . . .

A couple of years back - our Aglow International President and CEO, Jane HansenHoyt was instructed by the Lord to begin to get the men and women of Aglow prepared in case of an emergency or disaster.  The TOUCH of AGLOW: Disaster Relief was then formed.  It needed to be in each of the 12 US regions, so an EPC for each region was found.  We then found that it was too hard to get everyone together for this God sized awesome task - so a TASK Force of 5 were chosen.  I have the honor of being on this team. We have been working very hard getting things thought through for each region and have come up with many helps, ideas, and forms to get everyone networked. So, in case of small or large scale incidents - we will all be connected, on the same page, and have the ability to have resources at hand, and our needs met.  This will enable us to be prepared. Also, once settled, we can reach out to others around us by bringing them the love, comfort, and helps through the forethought of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
